You are responsible for safeguarding your password and for all activities that occur under your account.
Our Services are offered on a subscription basis. Fees are clearly displayed on our Pricing page and are subject to change with notice. By subscribing, you agree to pay all applicable fees.
Fees are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis depending on your chosen plan. Payments are non-refundable except as provided in our Refund Policy.
You may upgrade or downgrade your plan at any time. Upgrades take effect immediately and are prorated for the remainder of your billing cycle. Downgrades take effect at the start of the next billing cycle.

You may cancel your account at any time from your dashboard. Your cancellation will take effect at the end of your current billing period.
We may terminate or suspend your account immediately, without prior notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users, us, or third parties.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Dextox shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your use or inability to use the Services.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Dextox, its officers, directors, employees, and agents, from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses arising out of or in any way connected with your access to or use of the Services.
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will provide notice of significant changes by posting the new Terms on this page and updating the "Last updated" date. Your continued use of the Services after such modifications constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
These Terms shall be governed by the laws of India. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Pune, Maharashtra.
